Amateur built over a long period and launched in 2018, Edith G has had relatively light use. She is a Yachting World 14’ Dayboat: a stable, seaworthy classic dinghy well suited to estuary sailing as well as river and lakes. Although a heavy boat for 14’’ she has good performance. The large beam (5’8”), hull form and steel centre plate make it an excellent and safe family dinghy. Some are kept on moorings most are kept on trailers.
