A 50ft cruiser stern narrowboat built and fitted out in solid oak entirely by the current owners including the hull (Completed in 1997) with the fitout finally completed in 2003.All works were fully surveyed at launch. They have enjoyed many years of comfortable cruising, but regrettably time has caught up and have now decided to sell.

A 70ft modern butty constructed in 2004 by JD Narrowboats: Originally "Alnwick" was fitted to provide hotel sleeping accomodation to the hotel motor boat "Morpeth". The current owners, wishing to live on the water, purchased the boat and commissioned Streethay Wharf to strip out and completely refit from stem to stern to their demanding contemporary specifications using only the best materials and equipment. The engine, a Kelvin J3, was sourced, fully rebuilt and installed by the owner: the Kelvin gearbox was replaced with a PRM 150 hydraulic - the hand start remains and after a little priming of the injectors it is simply a quarter turn on the crank handle.
