Description
The Dreamcatchers is a reverse layout narrowboat and has proved a comfortable liveaboard for us for the past few years, based on marina residential moorings. She has been well maintained to a high standard of care with regular servicing and general maintenance.
We have created additional storage space, of drawers and shelving which are an optional part of the sale, though the piano, bureau and chairs (or dog!) are not included in the sale. The 12volt Shoreline fridge freezer, LPG cooker and 240volt washing machine and microwave form part of the sale. A diesel heater located at the stern /kitchen end acts as back up heating to the multi fuel stove and central heating radiators, radiators situated in the walk through bathroom and the bedroom at the bow end of the boat. The bathroom has a fully functioning quarto shower, sink and Thetford cassette toilet. The cruiser stern has a built-in shelf with storage underneath and can be used to sit on when cruising.
The summer has been the time we have cruised the canal system, usually for up to 12 weeks, and the sale will of course include all necessary equipment for this ie mooring spikes and clangers, and all necessary ropes and fenders, for safe cruising. Two covered roof boxes are included and 400watts of solar panels.
