Description

Comfortably Numb is believed to have been originally fitted out by
Hesketh, with owner modifications over the years. This straightforward
boat features a REVERSE layout, with the galley at the aft and the
bedroom at the fore. The galley is equipped with an oven & grill with a
separate hob, under counter fridge and ample worktop space. The
saloon area has built in L-shaped seating that converts into a double
berth for overnight guests, along with providing a dining area utilising
the small table on Desmo legs. An off-corridor shower room includes a
shower cubicle, washbasin and cassette wc, with the bedroom located
at the fore. Central heating is by Webasto diesel boiler to radiators,
with 230V panel radiators available when connected to shore power.
Hot water is heated by engine, boiler and immersion. When cruising,
230V power is supplied via a Sterling 2.5kW inverter/charger, and
batteries are trickle charged by a 640W solar array with MPPT
controller. Interestingly, the cratch covered well-deck features drop
down sections in the steelwork, both port and starboard side, allowing
for easy access when getting onboard.
