Pretty disturbia is a 57foot narrowboat built by John White, a well renowned quality boat builder. The interior on this boat has been well maintained by the owner. The specification is high and would suit long term cruising, leisure or residential use.

Pretty disturbia is fitted with two victron solar panels, a victron invertor, a new bank of batteries and shorepower hookup, meaning it is set up for off grid use as well as a marina mooring.

It is a semi traditional style boat with seating around an open cockpit, which makes it perfect for cruising with guests. Entering through the stern there is a washing machine and storage cubby, a beautiful staircase leading to the bedroom which has a fixed double bed, a bathroom consisting of a shower, sink, newly installed masserator pump out toilet with a large capacity tank for long term cruising.

The galley is fitted with all mod cons including a 12v fridge, gas oven, grill and hob, sink with drainer, sufficient counter top surface and plenty of storage space.

There is a dining table area that seats four people which also transforms into a bed for guests.

A simple and stylish sitting area with a traditional yet modern aesthetic. Perfect to add your own style to but also ready to jump on and enjoy immediately.

The boat is fitted with a multi fuel stove and wabasto central heating which heats the radiators and hot water. Hot water is also available via a calorifier when running the engine.

The bow doors in the lounge lead on to a tidy bow with seating, storage and a detachable cratch cover which offers shelter in the rainy periods allowing a dry outdoor space.
