Accommodation compromises master bedroom with built in king size bed and plenty of storage, a smaller second double, and a shower room with shower, twin sinks and a vacuum toilet. The stunning main living area has a bespoke built sofa which converts to a high quality bed, projector, screen and digital TV, PVR and surround system. The John Lewis fitted kitchen has a large amount of work top and storage, and comes with fridge, freezer, and dish washer. There is an electric oven and hob that will need to be changed to an LPG oven and hob.
There is an incredible amount of built in storage throughout the boat, which comes with oil fired central heating. The boiler room has space and plumbing ready to have a washing machine fitted.
The boat was last surveyed in 2012 and the report is available. In 2006 when she was purchased she had a professional blast an epoxy paint job and still has very little rust below the waterline. She has her original Brons engine which is extremely reliable and obviously adds historic significance to the vessel.
Verandering would benefit from an aesthetic update internally, but offers spacious accommodation in classic barge style, and the ability to cruise when required.
