Description

This Beautiful Wide Beam barge was taken out of the water in June last Year.

She was given 3 coats of Bitumen on her hull and completely re painted inside and out she also had the following works done.

- New Anodes
- New Wren Kitchen
- New 12v Fridge
- New 12v Freezer
- New oak flooring
- New carpets throughout
- New Pro Combi Inverter
- New starter batteries.

She also has full Webasto central heating and hot water system, compost toilet, shower unit, 6 x Solar panels ( that will keep fridge and freezer running without hook up), Calor gas cooker and oven, mIcrowave, 2 full size double beds. CO and Co2 alarms, solid fuel stove, wardrobe and drawer space in first bedroom and full fitted wardrobes in master cabin, shoreline hookup cables and jet wash.

This boat was purchased for therapeutic respite holidays for children and was due to be used this year, that is why she had a full inspection and complete overhaul so that she is fully compliant. She has never been used.
We have recently purchased and developed our residential homes in Preston and are in the process of developing two more I Garstang, to help fund that we have decided, regretfully, to sell the barge.
She is currently Berthed on the Lancashire canal and she has a domestic mooring that may also be available by negotiation with Aqua-vista.
