1964, carvel built German Folkboat 25 with much recent investment including NEW ENGINE - Yanmar diesel in 2013, RECENT SAILS! Recent deck beams, deck and coachroof, five floors and several keel bolts replaced. A lovely day sailer or weekender.
Yanmar 1GM10 single cylinder 10hp diesel inboad (fitted new in 2013) with around 50 hours running. 10 Litre fuel tank. Shaft drive to fixed 3 blade propeller. Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries.
Silva compass, Seafarer echo sounder, Garmin GPS, radar reflector, clock and barometer, navigation lights, steaming light, tri-colour light and anchor light.
Distress flares, fire extinguisher, electric and manual bilge pumps.
Tiller, spinnaker pole, 2 sheet winches and 2 halyard winches, 25lb CQR anchor with 30 metres of chain and warp, mooring warps and fenders.
Slab reefing mainsail (2015, North Sea Sails). Mainsail cover. Wykeham Martin furling gear with furling No 1 Jib (2014, North Sea Sails). Spinnaker. Wooden mast and boom, stainless steel standing rigging.

Purchased by her present owner in 2011 with considerable work carried out since then including new engine, deck beams, decks, 5 floors and seven keel bolts. She has been used for day sailing and occasional overnight voyages. A lovely "sorted" Folkboat with recent sails.
