Description
1967 Hillyard 8 tonner, bilge keel, sloop rig with Newage/BMC 4 cylinder diesel engine. 'Amahai' has been in the same family ownership since new, and has cruised the South Coast, North West France and Channel Islands. Carval construction, mahogany on oak. Amahai has benefitted from having the port and starboard side keel bolts replaced in the last 18 months, and the main and genoa sails have only been used around 10 times since new. This is a boat that has been part of the family and is only for sale due to the owner's mobility issues; they would love to find a home for the boat where she will be cherished and enjoyed as much as she has been over the last 55 years. Available to view by appointment.
