There is a single bedroom or office area, and a large double bedroom with built in storage and bed. The shower room can be accessed from either the hallway or the double bedroom. it has a full sized toilet with macerator, hand basin, heated towel rail and a large shower cubicle.
There is laminate flooring throughout the houseboat, which comes on a secure residential mooring. Externally, the structure is clad with low maintenance composite boards, that again need no ongoing maintenance other than an occasional clean. There is a covered storage area for the LPG gas bottle storage, and Samaki is easily accessed from a finger pontoon.

It is, of course, your responsibility to introduce yourself to the mooring or marina owners to discuss continuation of the mooring. Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.50 per foot of length per week.
