The downstairs area has new flooring and is well decorated, with portholes along each side providing natural light, airflow and a classic nautical feel. Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.60 per foot of length per week.
