This was a bespoke build with a distinctive bow to the roof and inset side panels to the rear, undertaken between 2009 and 2012, when it was then launched and registered.
The baseplate is 15mm, and being a heavier widebeam makes the boat very stable.
The interior fit out is in light oak throughout, with oak framing and recessed panelling to sides and ceiling and hardwood flooring.
Being 2ft wider than standard and with 7ft ceiling height the interior is very light and spacious .It’s a standard 4 berth layout, with fixed bed to rear and L shaped inbuilt seating to the front saloon which converts into a double or 2 single beds with storage below.
The saloon has built in cupboards and shelving with covered radiator and large or small dining table options.
Heating is by Bubble multi fuel stove, or Aldi gas central heating with radiators thought the boat.
Steps lead out through glazed double doors to the front deck which has side lockers and storage cupboard, and is covered by a cratch.
Below the deck is a stainless steel fresh water tank with gauge, and Vetus bow thruster powered by a 200 amp battery.
The galley has matched hardwood cabinets with black granite worktops.
There is a stainless steel sink and mixer tap, built in gas oven and hob. The fridge is 12v or 240v and of standard domestic size.
There are side hatches opening out to both cabin sides and hondu roof hatch over the galley which flood the area with light and ventilation.
Along the corridor is a side heads / shower room and has a Jabsco macerator pump-out toilet with gauge (with stainless steel tank under the rear bed). The sink is mounted on a cupboard with granite worktop. There is a corner glazed shower unit which fully tiled.
The corridor than has a door for privacy, leading to the rear cabin bedroom. The bed is a standard 4ft 6 double with memory foam mattress. There is plenty of storage with draws and overhead cupboards, and wardrobes with mirrored doors.
At the rear is a small room with second porta potty toilet.
Cupboards house the large clarifier hot water tank.
Hot water is heated whilst the engine or central heating are running, or by 240v immersion heater.
The electric cupboard has the main fused switch control panel.
240v electricity is provided by a Mastervolt 2500 amp inverter. There is also a 3.5 kw Travel Power generator fed by an alternator on the engine.
The battery charger is a Sterling 50a Pro Charge Ultra.
The boat is protected by a Safeshore Marine galvanic isolator.
There are 3 x 100amp Leisure batteries and separate starter battery.
240v electric hook up points are located at front and rear decks.
The cruiser stern rear deck has 4 hinged lockable doors to access the engine below and weed hatch. There is also a raised timber decking section to make steering more comfortable.

Camos auto tracking satellite dish with Denton receiver.
CCTV forward facing camera with monitor on rear control panel.
External shower attachment on rear deck.
The engine is a Beta 50hp coupled to a PRM260 gearbox and hospital silencer.
The boat has covered less than 500 hrs
Gas locker is under the bow deck and has 2 x 13kg Calor gas bottles with auto changeover regulator and safety gas bubble leak detector. There is also a 3rd spare bottle.
Boat safety scheme certificate is valid till June 2020
The hull was grit blasted when built, and treated with 2 pack epoxy below the waterline.
The boat was lifted out of water and surveyed in Sept 2017 which confirmed to be in excellent condition.
This is an unique boat and built to the highest standard, and is equally suited as comfortable live-aboard or general sailing.
