DRY DOCK

Dry Dock available in the Heart of England on the Coventry Canal. NarrowCraft's covered Dry Dock is a purpose built structure that houses two narrowboats at a time. The Dock is situated just 10mins below Atherstone locks in Grendon, Warwickshire and is an addition to NarrowCraft's extensive boatyard services. All dock services undertaken including hull repairs, surveying and blacking. Our blacking service consists of the hull being scraped first in preparation for being pressure washed, then at least 2 coats of Bitumen is applied. Whilst your boat is in the dock, we visually check all underwater components including stern and rudder gear, skeg, propeller and of course anodes. In addition to blacking, you may also want to consider having your stern bands painted.

Price for blacking is £8 per foot plus vat. 10% discount for booking in two boats at the same time. Contact us for late offers.
