1993 Gaff Rigged Cutter   £14,500
Lovely Classic Gaff Cutter showing beautiful craftmanship. These classic lines will certainly turn heads wherever she goes. Onboard there is a lovely feeling of purpose. Wooden boats always need maintenance, and this is no different, but for a boat that is nearly 30 years old, I think she can provide many more years of enjoyment. The 2017 engine looks like new. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. Register with Boatshed to see 59 extra photos of this Gaff Rigged Cutter . The time has come to sell my much loved boat. Tamarisk is a classic wooden sailing yacht built in 1938. She is pitch pine on oak with a cutter rig and a long keel. I bought her in 2018 in Cornwall and since then she has taught me a great deal about sailing and wooden boats. She is a joy to work on and sails like a dream. Everything is very simple, no complicated electrics or fancy systems. She has a single bunk on either side, a little kitchen area to starboard and a very small forepeak which we added last year as a bunk for our little girl (2 years old the time). Tamarisk is the perfect size ... read more
