All Cruising Dinghies Sailing Dinghies for sale in UK
The Post Boat hulls originate from the 1900's post boat which used to deliver post around the Scottish coast. With her beamy hull and shallow draught, these boats are perfect for exploring creeks and coastal inlets, plus they're easy to launch and recover. Simple to rig and short enough to store in your garage at home. Great for teaching a family learning to sail. Sails well in light airs, can also be rowed when the wind dies.
RCD Category C: up to 5 people

This looks a fantastic example of one of these beautiful, traditional gaff rigged yachts.
Kept ashore and under cover when not is use, on a tailor made trailer (included in her sale), she really does look in exemplary condition. After some searching, the worst I could find was a little wear on some of her side deck varnish - easily sorted!
She has a lovely, big, deep cockpit with bilge pump and has ample stowage in several watertight lockers for placing your belonging is dry safety.
Her engine is located in a well and easily at hand, should you wish to check her over - with very few ... read more

The boat is fully ready for the season with all spars and wood varnished. The trailer had new hubs and suspensions last year as well as a new winch. The bearings were serviced and greased in March this year. The boat comes with a reliable serviced Mariner 3.3 outboard , a mast-up cover ( good ), a winter cover ( 2 year old ), a 2 year old centreboard supplied by Cornish Crabbers and a spare one, all fenders, 3 anchors and their warps. The main sail and furling jib are in good condition. I have had two sails this season and every thing works as it should. This is not a project boat as the ... read more
