Lowestoft Norfolk UK|
A converted Scottish fishing trawler Built in 1966 and decommissions in 1998.
23 metres of go any where boat. The Gardiner engine is one of the most efficient and cost-effective forms of motoring
Since the major conversion in 1999 choice has been used as a Marketing suite in Canary Wharf. A Crew Resource Management teambuilding platform and until 2019. A fully licenced MCA Cat 2 work boat. Working on Guard duty and Survey work. So, as you can imagine whilst a little tired and in need of a cosmetic repaint job all the important parts of a boat are good. Her last out of water inspection was July 2020.
IF you have a love of the sea and would like the freedom that goes with it this is the boat for you with more accommodation than most modern 3-bedroom houses with a Grand Lounge and although sleeping accommodation is currently set out as bunk rooms these could easily be converted into sumptuous bedrooms. There is even a bath although not if use at the moment.
For those wanting a life style /work balance the boat could easily accommodate Divers or fishing trips all you need is a bit of imagination.
