We are pleased to offer for sale this houseboat constructed in 2019 and presently used for Airbnb accommodation. The vessel is divided into 3 rooms each with ensuite wet room facilities, 240v 3 Phase power, mains pressure fed cold water storage tank and 240v hot water. There is a waste water holding tank with mains pump out, 2 bilge pumps, underfloor heating, electric radiators and heated towel rails. The hull is spray foam insulated and the superstructure is Kingspan insulated, the roof is a fibreglass barrel style and the hull is 8mm steel.
This vessel is sold as boat only and when re-sited could be used as a going concern for Airbnb or converted to a 1 or 2 bedroom houseboat.
Transportation and delivery is available if separately agreed as is a conversion.
