A 70ft modern butty constructed in 2004 by JD Narrowboats: Originally "Alnwick" was fitted to provide hotel sleeping accomodation to the hotel motor boat "Morpeth". The current owners, wishing to live on the water, purchased the boat and commissioned Streethay Wharf to strip out and completely refit from stem to stern to their demanding contemporary specifications using only the best materials and equipment. Having painted and renamed her, the boat was finally completed in 2020, the owners circumstances meanwhile have now changed and have spent little time aboard.
